HFC-227ea is a colorless, almost odorless, electrically non-conducting gas with a density about 5.9 times higher than air.
It is an extinguishing agent that acts mainly by physical means, HFC-227ea extinguishes the fire by absorbing the heat from the flames, so that, when a sufficiently low temperature reaches them, the chemical reaction that maintains the combustion cannot continue.
HFC-227ea deletes the damage caused by fire extinguishing agents, in addition to damage caused by fire due to its gaseous nature, which don't contain particles or oily residues. (Clean Agent)
